Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
The shipping policy at Scouts Plants is simple and straight forward. Once you have placed you order you will soon receive an email verifying your order. That email should also consist of your tracking number. Shipping must be paid for by the customer. Currently, we only ship in the US. Once our business has more growth, we will hopefully expand our business internationally.
Our Return Policy

At Scouts Plants, we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied and happy. Our return policy is very simple. If you have recently placed your order, and would like to cancel it, you will have a 75% refund. If your plant arrives dead, we can send you another plant or offer you a 50% refund as long as you send the damaged plant back to us. We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their experience at Scouts Plants, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Warranty Information
The Information You Need to Know
At Scouts Plants, we want to make sure that our customers feel that they are making the right choice of purchasing our products. Our warranty covers that if your product has arrived damaged, we can send you a new one. But please keep in mind we can only send you a new plant back one time for that purchase as long as you send the damaged one back. Currently, we only offer a 75% refund for purchases that you would like to cancel before being shipped, and a 50% refund or another plant for plants that arrive dead.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
