Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. Im sure that very soon Scouts Plants will offer gift cards. If you would like to be notified when we do offer gift cards, you can email us at scoutsplants@gmail.com.
What are the payment options?
We are currently doing transactions with credit cards. If you would like to create an account so that all of your information is saved, you can do so in the top right corner of the home page. If you would like to be alerted of new updates, you can subscribe to our newsletter which is on the homepage.
What is your return policy?
At Scouts Plants, we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied and happy. Our return policy is very simple. If you have recently placed your order, and would like to cancel it, you will have a full refund. If your plant arrives dead, we can send you another plant or offer you a full refund as long as you send the damaged plant back to us. We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their experience at Scouts Plants, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Do you provide a warranty?
